Most items are made-to-order; we happily replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted—message us  within 14 days with photos and your order number.

 

Cancellations are only possible before production begins; digital downloads and used/custom items aren’t returnable unless defective. If policies differ, the listing and our Shop Policies control.
